Refund & Cancellation Policy – Anant Tour & Travels

At Anant Yatri (Anant Tour & Travels), we believe in fair policies and transparent communication. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, or changes are considered. By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to the policy mentioned below.


1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days from the booking date.

  • Requests made after 30 days from the booking date may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the booking must be unused and unavailed.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Special discounted or promotional tour packages

  • Customized or tailor-made travel itineraries

  • Gift vouchers or special offers

  • Downloadable travel documents or digital services


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period

  • Services that are partially used or availed

  • No-show cases (failure to join the trip on the scheduled date)

  • Last-minute cancellations

  • Delays or changes caused by the traveler

The refund amount, if applicable, will depend on the actual recoverable amount from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your cancellation request, it will be reviewed by our team.

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time is 7–14 business days, depending on banks or payment gateways.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Please check your bank account again.

  • Contact your debit/credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  • Contact your bank for further clarification.

6. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Weather conditions

  • Roadblocks, landslides, or other unavoidable events

Refunds will be processed strictly as per service provider policies and based on the actual recoverable amount only.
Anant Tour & Travels shall not be responsible for losses beyond recoverable limits.

  • Any change in travel dates or itinerary is subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.

  • All change requests must be submitted in advance via email.

  • Last-minute changes may not always be possible.
