No-show cases (failure to join the trip on the scheduled date)
Last-minute cancellations
Delays or changes caused by the traveler
The refund amount, if applicable, will depend on the actual recoverable amount from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
Once we receive your cancellation request, it will be reviewed by our team.
You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time is 7–14 business days, depending on banks or payment gateways.
